1940
Adil Boz (the grandfather) started his business career in 1940s.He founded a small scale family company. The company produced clothing and home textile products.
1960
Adil Boz started gauze bandage manufacturing in the 1960s. Adil Boz initiated the first medical textile material manufacturing in Turkey.
1969
After the gauze bandage the company started to produce cotton wool in 1969 to sustain the needs of medical sector. Moreover, in 1969 plaster bandage production was started by Adil Boz, for the first time in Turkey.
1983
Orhan Boz established the Orhan Boz Medical Materials company in Ankara under this own name. Boz started his career in trade by marketing the gauze bandage, cast dressing and hydrophile cotton products manufactured by Adil Boz in Uşak.
1993
Orhan Boz noticed the gap in surgical suture material field and started his first trials in 1993. Orhan Boz opened surgical suture material manufacturing factory in Ankara.
1998
Adil Boz started to manufacture gauze compress products manufactured from gauze bandage, sponge, cotton ped and gauze dressing in 1998 in the medical textile manufacturing factory in Ankara. First machine sponge manufacturing in Turkey was initiated by Adil Boz in 1998.
2009
Ali Aykut Boz and Adil Boz, the sons of Orhan Boz, established Boz Medical Materials company in 2009.
2012
Boz Medical aims to become the manufacturer in the next 5 years after the establishment of the company in line with the developing market needs and conditions and reached this target on April 2012…

Since 2007, firm founded by Adil Boz (grandfather) offered employment opportunities to total of 1500 people in Uşak facilities by manufacturing raw cotton, thread, weaving, weaving textile raw materials, home and hospital textile fabrics. Today, medical consumable are manufactured in the factories in Ankara. Boz Medical moves forward with 70 years of know-how and experience.
